I'm pretty sure that my aunt has come to the counter, or at least it felt like she was my aunt.The Hertz staff was super friendly, and I was surprised I have not had a wet kiss, when we arrived. This lady had a big influence on my visit.
One thing I really hate about so many rental locations is that they are intrusive and notready for the influx of groups of people. This place was not typical, I think because it had agreat friendly staff. We were in our car very quickly and had directions to our location.
My only complaint is that we skip all the lines and with an automatic check-in attempts. The kiosk we went through the entire check-in process and then right before it was ready tohear it and said see associate. 8 minutes of my life wasted. There is no error message or something. Who has this system? Thomas the Tank Engine? CHOOO CHOOO. Then when we went the staff we had to start from scratch.
